In the kitchen at Harvest we are dedicated to using as many local ingredients as possible, and our beer is no different; using Texas grains, hops, and honey from our farm.

Our first brew, the Farmer’s Daughter is a honey blonde ale brewed with Texas Pale Malt, wildflower honey, and cascade hops. With a relatively low ABV of 5.85%, the Farmer’s Daughter is a light, everyday brew with high drinkability and balance.

Released in September of 2018, Red River Rye is a hoppy red ale brewed with Texas grains and rye, dry hopped and naturally conditioned with local wildflower honey.

Coming soon, Old Leather Coat is an old fashioned Porter with a high ABV, brewed with Texas grains, orange peels, and Luxardo cherries. The beer is named after the nickname local Native Americans gave to James Throckmorton, as he always wore a long leather coat.
