Harvest at the Masonic is a commissioned painting on the third floor.

Jamie Rice is a self-taught artist from Plano, TX, working professionally for the last 13 years. Though she was engrossed in creative endeavors during most of her life, Jamie never thought it was possible to pursue Fine Art as a career, and opted for the more practical pursuit of studying Tax Law. Nearing the end of her studies, however, a good few tragedies and a powerful meditation which practically ordered her to “paint,” became the catalyst to change her path. She began painting, allowing the muses to dictate the task. She was unclear why or how; it even felt frivolous, at the time. Eventually the purpose seemed to reveal itself. The paintings became an exploration of collective consciousness, merging historical, spiritual/metaphysical and philosophical ideas. In 2012, Jamie discovered the art festival circuit and began touring the country exhibiting and selling in high-end shows. To Jamie’s surprise, people were enthusiastic about her portrayal of these topics and her work facilitated meaningful conversations quite quickly. Jamie has enjoyed making lasting connections with countless people around the country, often working on highly personalized commissions that help them express their own stories and ideas, through her artistic style.

Jamie shows her work year-round at the 02 Arena, Indigo, in London, and continues to do art festivals around the U.S. Her work can be purchased online at www.jamiericeart.com.
